Unfortunately not, this season has seen more structured than flowing shapes! There looks to be a few good options to give you the general shape if you browse David's Bridal, St. Patrick, W1, etc. None as unique as this one though, unless you are looking to get it made for you.
I ended up renting a Private Label by G gown that is a flowing sweetheart a-line made of organza.
