Project 365: Day 299

Baking on Thursday night, all to greet our move to the other office on today! Sweet smelling, and quite tasty too. Followed this cranberry oatmeal recipe from Food.com and I'd say it was a winner. Very chewy and dense, though I would probably cut back on the sugar just a little bit.

I'm pretty sure that variations of this loaf has appeared a few times already during this project! Needed to use the bananas before leaving for the weekend, so there it is!

Frosting Cupcakes

A great page that shows you how to frost cupcakes and what kind of tips to use. I need to really learn how to frost cupcakes! Love to make them and the frosting I use is great, but as for looks, it is just boring, slap-it-on-top icing.
