Fingerprint Wedding Rings

Intermittent posts this week and probably none over the few after that, it's going to be a busy time leading up to the wedding!

These are our wedding rings, customized with a fingerprint from each of us in the other's ring.  We wanted something simple for everyday wear, that has a small personal touch to it and was excited when we found these!

By Brent and Jessica Williams, fantastic service by them and their team!

Neat table BBQ setup that can use either charcoal or wood. I love the floating look, but I wonder if it would be a pain to keep clean!

via Cosmoligne

This table caught my eye, I think if I ever had the chance I would get one custom made for my needs too!

A bit of a slow day in posting today, it's been a little hectic in the office to wrap up everything so I can leave for my wedding! Lots to do and pack before I leave!

Love the neutrals in this outfit, though maybe a bit chilly for our falls here.

Beautiful and mysterious, where dreams and imagination take flight.

Ah, fall is in full swing, and so is the styling. Love the grey, dark blue and brown boot combo here.

Mad Lib Guest Book

I love this, I remember the days of playing Mad Gab as a child! I think I just might have to steal this idea for myself. Getting married in less than 2 weeks! Only have to do centrepieces and programs to go!

via Emmaline Bride

Audrey Jacket

Hmmm... maybe I'll check this one out when I'm back in Ontario, been looking for a cute, functional soft shell jacket for the in between weather here. Starting to be in the negatives in the morning!

In love with these giant windows. This is amazing, just think of all the light!

Big Stripes

Loving the look of this loose, large striped sweater. Very simple and elegant, and would even look great paired with some well fitting jeans!

A charming way to store old books in what may be and even older adaptively reused ladder!

Knit Cap

Wanting a knit cap for on route to work, it's getting colder and my ears are cold on the way to work!

Are you left or right brained?

Interesting that this ad is for Mercedes, but it definitely captures your attention.  I think everyone is both, just a matter of how much. Some days I am more left, more days I am more right, others I'm right in the middle. I guess I'm indecisive that way!

Weekend Outfit

Great, easy and put together for running your normal errands on the weekend. Digging the loose cardigan.

Atlas Industries Wall Mounted Desk

I love the industrial feel of this setup. It it seems tactile enough to sort, organize and make efficient use of your space, while enough freedom to just create.

Transformation d’une mini maison ouvrière

What a transformation and how different is this house from the outside to the inside in this working neighbourhood in Belgium. Fantastic finishes, and loads of interesting details make this a hidden gem you would never guess from the outside.

Shabby Chic Decor

Sometimes these little details are so much fun. I love the musical note pot here with the daisies. Just so simple and refreshing.

Fall Cozy Outfit

I love the oversized sweater and the chunky scarf. Fall in in full force now over here, the leaves are turning, and it's definitely gotten quite cold! Frost for the last few mornings, so hopefully it warms up a little before its gone for good!

Loving the pop of colour that this bag just is!

Funnel Wall

This is a wall that plays music when it rains, how neat is that? I would love little melodies to float around me while the rain is falling. However, at night... maybe not so much? Located at the Kunsthofpassage in Neustadt

Thinking of whether I want a series of prints like this for the condo...

Raft Sofa

Neat sofa, I love how it comes apart and is easy to move, nothing too fixed here.

via outofstockdesign

Revelutio Watch

Very neat concept watch, I love it! Love the lack of a centre and the slick look, it's almost a discreet fashion piece. I would buy it... now only if it were real...Fossil does have a similar idea, but it's not quite as slick as this.

via Yanko Design

What an interesting way to get a little green in the city. These dumpsters retrofitted to mobile park units are being piloted in San Francisco, so it won't work everywhere, but could be neat in the right places and add the right bit of green and funk.

Elegant Hardwood Floors

Beautiful hardwood floors that go on for a stretch.

BBQ Pork

I looked at this photo and instantly craved it... a simple meal with noodles would have made my day. Unfortunately today was one of those days at the office that was probably the most frustrating ones in a while. I honestly don't understand, it just infuriates me how passive aggressive some people can be, and act like a two year old at the same time.

Oh well, another day done, tomorrow will be a new challenge.

She Comes in Colour

Definitely a grey sky look. I love the pop of orange from the scarf and subtle lace skirt.

I don't think we'll make it this far down in Italy, but what a beautiful coastal city.

Gorgeous, urban feeling details in this penthouse. I love the greys and whites that bring a very elegant feel to this home, and the city planning touches. As designed by Janson Goldstein.

Mix Boxes

Loving the flexibility that this system provides, but I would probably spray paint them a funky colour to bring some life to them.

Excellent capture, with the pop of colour that the goldfinch provides among the emerging spring foliage.
